Hello guys I am back again. I know I have been MIA, life can get busy sometimes but I am back gain ☺☺ Lat month was my birthday and I had a great birthday week. 2017 has officially declared my best birthday ever in my entire life. It was lovely, nice, awesome, differently, it was LIT. The celebrations basically started on the 14th with a visit to one of my close friends. We ate, we laughed and we celebrated. Unfortunately, I could not take any pictures (they say if it is LIT there is no time for pictures hahahaha!). My other friend, Melissa came through as well. Can you see the grin on my face. I was happy  On the big day, the 15th, the bestie surprised me, with the most Lit party in the entire universe. I danced, I was so happy, my little feet were sore. All I can say is I had fun. Here are the pictures Can you see the smile my cheeks were hurting I could not smile the most red velvet cake I have ever had in my life  My long time friend surprised me. I

Hey guys How are you all doing? I have been away for sometime, school can be rough sometimes LOL! Today I want to share with you things that I wish I could do/have. For the past year I have been sharing with you how confident I am about myself but to be honest there is a time where I wish I was someone different. Do not get me wrong I do not let these thoughts ruin my confidence but it is something very natural. EVEN HEROES DO CRY. LOL! Some of the wishes i will share here are very petty. Here we go: I wish i was tall There is nothing as frustrating as walking into a building and unable to reach the door handle. If there is no one around then I will wait outside till forever. Especially when I am in Zimbabwe I struggle a lot accessing a lot of buildings all by myself. 90% of my life in Zimbabwe I depend on people which is very frustrating. It is not always when people  are around to help. They have their own life to attend to. At least I found a solution at home, I use a hang

Hello guys I am back again. I am sorry for being so quiet, I am back at school now so I have been settling in. Today's post is a bit personal. I am going to share with you guys how i felt and what was going through my mind when I was growing up. Okay so firstly a bit of my background. As you all know, (if you do not know check my previous posts lol), I grew up with my grandmother from the age of 2. My grandmother was such a lovely person, very supportive and prayerful woman. Sometimes, things got difficult for her especially financially. My parents were alive but sometimes could not provide for me as well because of their financial position. my parents died in 2001 and 2005 respectively. Believe it or not taking care of a child with a disability is quite expensive because of their needs. My grandmother had no option than to take me to a boarding school because I could not walk the long distance to school. In the rural areas everything was at a distance the shops, bus stop, school

Relationships

Hello lovely people. Hope you are all doing great in 2017. Today i am back with an interesting issue some may find it sensitive, which is the issue of disability and relationships. Since i started posting pictures of my boyfriend on social media (mostly instagram) i have received a lot of questions about relationships. I will address some of the questions here and i will give a little bit of advice or rather the lessons i learnt in my dating experience as a person living with a disability. This is going to be a hella long post so grab a cup of coffee, tea or anything that makes you comfortable ☕️🍾🍺🍼 Here are some of the questions: How did you meet??  We met through a mutual friend. Been good friends for 5 months. Now we are here lol. What are the challenges you have faced in your relationships because of your disability? I made myself vulnerable. I used think if someone comes to me and say "i love you" i tnought that person was doing me a favor. I ended up falling f

Whoop! Whoop! It is 2017, that “new resolution, new me” time of the year. I am so excited about 2017 because 2016 has been a great year for me. When a year ends on a good note it brings a good fresh start of the new year. Let me take you back a little bit to 2016. Here are a few highlights of 2016 Obviously the most precious one is my ZIWA Courage Award . That award gave me confidence, uplifted me and gave me a lot of hope to soldier on with my life without comparing myself to anyone. It made feel like I am on cloud 9. You can check my previous blog all the ZIWA information is there. 2017 is my final year in uni. YEAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! This means I need to put more work and upgrade my CV. This year I decided to take part in most leadership positions. I applied as many as I could. Guess what? I got all the jobs .  Aunother reason to be grateful to God. Get ready for this third one. Are you ready……… I found love in 2016 *blushing* . I cannot say much at this moment. It is a
